Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for a 2023 65-passenger diesel school bus and/or a 2023 65-passenger handicap bus will be received in the Wyndmere School District Office, 101 Date Ave, Wyndmere, ND 58081, until Monday, April 17 at 6:00 p.m. All bids received after the scheduled time will be returned to the bidder unopened.

 A copy of the bid document including specifications is available at www.wyndmere.k12.nd.us or can be requested by emailing shari.hetland@k12.nd.us, or by calling Shari at 701-439-2287.

Each bid shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope upon which there is disclosed and necessary information as required by the Bid Document. Please mark “BID-Bus Purchase” on the envelope.

The Owner reserves the right to hold all legitimate bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the date fixed for the opening thereof. The Owner further reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive irregularities, and the Owner shall incur no legal liability for the payment of any monies until the contract is awarded and approved by the proper authorities. Bids must remain firm for a period of 45 days following the date of the opening, and shall thereafter remain firm unless the Bidder provides written notice to the Wyndmere Public School District Business Manager that the bid has been withdrawn.
