As the fall sports come to a close, we get the chance to celebrate the many successes of our various programs.
The Warbirds Volleyball team ended with a 4th place finish in Region 1. This is the highest finish for our VB program since 2009. An exciting win against Oak Grove and an extremely competitive game against Northern Cass made for an inspirational end to the season. Caroline Puetz was named to the All-Region 1 Team and Coach Tanner Carlson was named Region 1 Coach of the Year.
The Warbirds Football team lost in the second round of the North Dakota playoffs to MayPort-CG after a first round win over Hatton-Northwood. The team ended with a 7-3 overall record and a 2nd place finish in Region 1. Andrew Arth, Jason Barton, Jake Kuchera, Tyler Brandt and Mathias Kackman were named to the All-Region 1 Team and Levi Kackman, Carl Quam, and Brady Kuzel were named honorable mention. Coach Scott Strenge was named Region 1 Coach of the Year. Andrew Arth was also named to the North Dakota All-State Team!
The Wyndmere Drama team competed at the region one-act competition with McKinnlee Haberman earning Superior Actor and Jack Manstrom named honorable mention.
