This year's leadership class led our annual Day of Caring on October 22nd! This team of students planned activities to help both the community of Wyndmere and residents in surrounding communities. All 7-12 students participated in a group doing a wide range of activities such as cleaning school buses, raking leaves, making tie blankets for individuals in hospice care, visiting with veterans at the VA Home in Lisbon, cleaning and yard work at Dakota Estates in Lidgerwood, projects at the daycare (Warbirds Nest), and other projects within the school and community! A special thank you to all the local businesses who supported the cause financially: The Black Pelican, Task Manufacturing, Minnkota, S&B Construction, Wyndmere Auto, Warbirds Nest, Red River Telecommunications, Paul's Electric, Bobcat, TSC, Econo Foods, Wolfe Ford, and Wittenburg Turkeys!
